Helen Halee’s passion for drum making is deeply rooted in ancient traditions passed down to her from Jane Anderson here at HEART Red Centre Retreats (formerly Sage Drums Tasmania). She is truly grateful to have been given permission and the training to be able to respectfully, keep the wheel moving and pass on this ancient tradition that has been handed down from Cree Grandmother’s in Canada. 

 At the heart of her Medicine Drum Workshops is the creation of a safe and sacred space. Helen believes that healing and transformation can only occur in an environment where participants feel supported and respected. Her workshops are designed to honor the individual journeys of each participant, providing a nurturing space for self-expression and exploration. 

Each drum is a unique masterpiece, lovingly handcrafted with dedication and infused with deep spiritual essence.  A Medicine Drum is not just an instrument, but a vessel of spiritual energy. The rhythm of a uniquely crafted drum can help with deep healing and spiritual growth, allowing individuals to connect with their spirit on a profound level, whilst keeping you grounded to Mother Earth.
